I am pleasantly surprised to report that I just received a phone call from the bus company. Apparently I included some incorrect information regarding the bus stop I boarded at (to help them figure out which bus it was, the stop is Smedberg, not Smestad) and wanted some clarification.
Now, they may not be able to figure out which bus it was that I was on, but they are trying, and I appreciate that they took the time to try to figure it out instead of just passing it off.
Big ups to Oslo Sporveier!! Keep up the good work!
